I booked on the phone after viewing the deal online. The representative was efficient and the booking was made and deposit paid. I shall not know how good it all is until I experience the holiday and whether there are any complications.

I called the company twice, once to gather more flight information, the second time to book the holiday. I dealt with Emma throughout. She was extremely professional and so helpful. She took the time to give me first hand knowledge regarding certain aspects of the holiday which I greatly appreciated. Can’t fault the service I received.

Would recommend lovely knowledgeable local guides and our all time guide Raymond lovely well planned trip all the history and the New Year’s celabrations and Spring Festaval and lovely gardens and palaces not to mention the Terracotta Army All Fantastic .Hotels very high standard breakfast second to none everything available, lovely rooms all good perfect

Staff was helpful from the beginning, giving information n support from booking to final stage prior to departure. They were always swift in their email response to my queries. The pack with your details was also informative.

The tour was a great introduction to the main historical n modern parts of China. A good taster of Chinese culture. We were impressed by our chinese guides especially the national guide who followed us through to the different cities whilst the local guides gave us more specific local information. One thing i would like to point out which explained my 4 star rating was some of the choices of local restaurants. As this tour included all meals (Which was useful) but there had been meals when the food was of substandard quality. We did not mind basic food with lots of vegetables but when the ingredients were not fresh n tasted unpalatable, that was unhelpful. That was not because we were not used to Chinese food as I am Chinese myself.

Every part of the experience was exceptional. From booking, to visa application support , hotels, hosts ( especially Link our main host). All the events & experiences where beyond what we had imagined. Link & the other hosts gave us great insight into China's history & information on each location.

Excellent holiday, a China Experience. From booking to returning home, very well looked after by the national tour guide and local guide. No problem left unsolved, from simple questions regarding food, customs and language, we were very well looked after. Would definitely recommend Wendy Wu tours, first class.

The tour was interesting however too much time spent visiting "factories" where we then spent even more time in the factory shop to buy thei wares.

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Booking was easy, was impressed that they dealt with the visa application for me. Knowledgeable tour guides were an asset and were very friendly and helpful. The hotels were excellent. Could not fault the holiday or the organisation.

From start to finish I cant praise Wendy Wu's service highly enough. From the booking experience, hotel room requests, the speed of the visa's being processed, the exellence of the national guide, Ken Wang and the local guides ?Chung and ?Lou. Even being escorted to the ckeck in desk at Beijing airport and guided as far as security. The whole service and organisation was highly professinal and smooth. I would have no hesitation in booking another holiday with Wendy Wu and woild highly recommend them to family and freinds.

The tour was excellent. the national guide Ken Wang was exceptional as were the local guides Chung and Lou. All were very freindly, helpful and informative and very professional. The tour was paced correctly, and sufficient time was given at each attraction so that you were not felt rushed. The optional experiences were well worth the extra money and did not detract from the daily itinery. The food was delicicious, the guides certainly new the best restaurants, and the hotels were good
